Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free of makeup or perfume marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
